Begin your adventurous road trip from Manali as the convoy drives through scenic Himalayan roads toward the charming hill town of Narkanda.

Day 2
Narkanda → Kalpa
(Approx. 160 km | 6–7 hrs)
After breakfast, continue the drive into the beautiful Kinnaur district. The road follows the mighty Sutlej River and dramatic mountain cliffs.
Reach the picturesque village of Kalpa, famous for its stunning views of the Kinnaur Kailash mountain range.

Day 3
Kalpa → Nako → Tabo
(Approx. 150 km | 6–7 hrs)
Today you officially enter the dramatic cold desert region of Spiti Valley.
Drive through rugged terrain to reach the beautiful high-altitude lake village of Nako. After a short break near the lake, continue toward Tabo.
Visit the ancient Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas.

Day 4
Tabo → Dhankar → Kaza
(Approx. 50 km | 3–4 hrs)
Start the day with a short scenic drive toward Dhankar, a spectacular village located on a cliff above the Spiti River.
Visit the historic Dhankar Monastery, offering breathtaking views of the valley.
Later drive to Kaza, the administrative and cultural center of Spiti Valley.

Day 5
Kaza → Key → Kibber → Hikkim → Langza → Kaza
Today is dedicated to exploring the famous high-altitude villages around Kaza.
Visit the iconic Key Monastery, the largest monastery in Spiti. Continue the drive to Kibber, one of the highest inhabited villages in the region.
Later visit Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office, and Langza, known for its massive Buddha statue and fossil-rich mountains.

🏨 Overnight stay in Kaza
Day 6
Kaza → Kunzum Pass → Chandratal Lake
(Approx. 100 km | 6–7 hrs)
Today is one of the most adventurous drives of the expedition.
Drive through rugged mountain roads toward the famous Kunzum Pass (4551 m), which connects Spiti Valley with Lahaul.
After crossing the pass, head toward the breathtaking Chandratal Lake, also known as the Moon Lake.
Enjoy a magical evening near the lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks.

Day 7
Chandratal → Manali

After breakfast begin the exciting return journey to Manali.
